Zaheer Iqbal, Principal Architect / Partner
Since graduating from the National College of Arts (NCA) in 2011, Zaheer Iqbal has spent over 14 years helping clients solve real-world problems through purposeful design. Specializing in commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments, Zaheer brings exceptional clarity, structural efficiency, and long-term vision to complex commercial ventures, applying that same rigorous problem-solving approach to luxury residential architecture. At Nexus Design Partners, Zaheer champions a fully integrated workflow that unifies architecture, interior design, and project management under a single point of accountability. From the initial sketch to final handover, his focus remains entirely client-driven: creating spaces that optimize business and daily living while keeping a disciplined eye on timeline and budget. By grounding his deep technical expertise in a client-first philosophy, Zaheer ensures that every project in the firm's portfolio stands as a seamless, high-performance translation of the client's strategic goals.
M. Hammad Khan, Principal Architect / Partner
Driven by the belief that exceptional architecture shapes the human experience, M. Hammad Khan founded Nexus Design Partners in 2015 to bridge the gap between bold design and flawless execution. As a licensed architect and member of PCATP, IAP, and the HVACR society, Hammad delivers a sophisticated modern aesthetic backed by structural integrity and climate-conscious engineering. Under his leadership, the multi-disciplinary firm handles diverse scales of work—from luxury corporate interiors and multi-story urban developments to expansive institutional master plans.
